As the days are passing, the cast and crew of the movie Padmavati are facing many problems, but are ignoring it. But, finally Deepika Padukone speaks her heart out about all the controversies, and, it makes sense!
In such a situation when Deepika Padukone was interviewed by DNA, she said, “I have full faith in the judicial system of our country. I know no wrong will be done.’’
She further added, “As a woman, as an artist, as someone who has worked and given two years of my life to this movie, I feel hurt, I feel angry, but I also think it is extremely funny that people are reacting like this to a film. I am feeling so many emotions at this point.’’
Reinstating her statement she said, “There is a fraction out there who is doing what it is. But as I said at the start, I have faith in our judicial system.’’
Talking about Padmavati, in an earlier interview said, “It’s appalling, it’s absolutely appalling. What have we gotten ourselves into? And where have we reached as a nation? We have regressed.”
She had further added, “The only people we are answerable to is the censor board, and I know and I believe that nothing can stop the release of this film.”
